foreign travelers who wait for train transportation, foreigner tours, person
who need meeting point near MRT, or even being place for drinking/relaxing with

Price
for Sell Out is THB 800,000 (all-in price) consisting
of 3-month deposit with building owner (refundable when terminating contract), contract
transferring fee, all equipments and furnitures. Contract is auto-renewed every
3 years without any special charge  

Current
monthly rent is THB 26,250. Free of charge for water utilization, pay of electricity
utilization only.
