TREE CONDO is an 8 floor 96 unit upscale project. To really understand it, the location must be seen. Set back about 100 meters from Sukhumvit 52, building is quiet, and intimate. But only 300 meters

The area surrounding the building: Alanscondos was able to purchase two units on the side of the building in which the land is owned by TREE CONDO and they have already committed not to develop the land for “many years to come”. Thus, the views will remain wide open, and will be serene. On the other side is just a small soi (street).
