QUIET. No annoying construction or noise nuisances.
The furniture is neutral and contemporary. Bedroom floors are wood and the living room is a beautiful marble.
Curtains are neutral, and we use black out liner to keep the sunlight out (it also has an insulating effect which reduces air conditioning costs).
As a former renters, we at Alanscondos remember the cheap old mattresses which came with most apartments. We’ve purchased high quality mattresses that we would want to sleep on ourselves and we provide new mattress pads/covers with each new resident.
Wide open views of the city from the tall kitchen windows, the terrace, or the bedrooms or main room. The apartment features two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower to meet all needs.
Kitchen is quite ample for anyone who likes to cook. 4-hob benchtop cooking, microwave, hood air suction. There is no Stove for Baking but that is negotiable.

INTERNET (approx 600 baht and up depending on package), CABLE TV (approx 800 baht and up) available
Utilities: Electric is charged at exactly the government rate, no add ons. Using air conditioners at night, average consumption is 1,800 baht per month. Water average 200 baht.
