Alan and his condos": Well, since the moniker for the company is "Alans" condos, I will share a bit about me and what "Alanscondos" is. I have an MBA from the Kellogg school which has an exchange program with Thailand's Chulalangkorn (The Sasin) School. Grauduated Summa cum laude. I Owned and operated a manufacturing business which employeed the resrouces of more than 800 persons. I have tried to make "doing things right" a principal in my professional career.
ALANSCONDOS was created 7 years ago with two units. Now there are 50 units from Thailand's best developers (Sansiri, AP, Land and Home, Areeya, Supalai), to name a few.
My formula was to invest in only GOOD product. And to select units to buy that I would like to live in myself. I and my silent investors know how to purchase units that are the desireable in any condo develpment. NOT next to the garbage bin or the lift. Units which have good views are are airy. Quiet units.
We've been very meticulous in allowing properties into our network.
We currently have tenants ranging from expats with fortune 500 companies, to international school teachers such as NIST, ISB, PREP and and many local residents, too.
What makes us different is that we are not agents. We own these units. Why is that good? Well, it means that we've decided to put Screens in all of our units. We've decided to put sun-block curtain liners in all of our units. We rent all of our units furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished (Don't like the desk we put in the unit? We'll gladly move it out and you can use yours). We are willing to rent for short periods (from 3 months). If all of these innovative standards are not enough, I have two persons who know every floor board of every unit, at your beck and call, should anything be needed. They are not "trainees". They've been involved in the alanscondos growth for years.
There are only THREE people who you will ever deal with at Alanscondos. This is not some huge company where you'll be lost at the switchboard. And that's the key to its success. We don't handle any properties except the 50 in the portfolio. And at this point, no more bookings for new units are being made. The network is at an optimal size so that we can give individual attention to each of our residents.

THE ADDRESS SUKHUMVIT is a two building project, 8 stories, easily visible from the platform of the BTS Eckamai. The pale-yellow buildings are nestled in a quiet dead-end side soi, surrounded by green, and by a tract of protected royal property as well.
If being near the BTS is important to you, this property is close: About 400 meters.
The site is clean, quiet and secure, with guards, and keycard access.
But walk just 300 meters, and you're in the Hustle of Sukhumvit, or at a Whole Foods grocery store in the basement of the New Sasiri building on the corner.
The unit is a one bedroom on the 3rd floor. Because this building is located much farther than law requires from the other building - even though they face toward each other, they are distant enough that the feeling is private.
The unit has a terrace large enough for a tea for two. There is a Desk for computer and files, we've installed screens throughout so that you can enjoy the breeze without worrying about misquitos.
We've also installed "black out" liner in the curtains in the bedroom, which is 99% effective in screening the sunlight out (so you can sleep when YOU want to). The bedroom is 'cornered' and thus windowed on two sides.
The unit is fully furnished, BUT WE ARE ABLE TO REMOVE ALMOST ANY OF THE FURNITURE AND PLACE IT IN OUR CENTRALIZED STORAGE FACILITY if you would like to use your own furniture, or bring in certain pieces.
The fitness room is pretty spacious (see picture). Nice new equipment. The pool is a rooftop pool and there is a deck for lounging. However, this is a lap pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted, microwave, refrig, stove top, and there is a Washing Machine in the unit. The TV is a 32" LCD, just bought last year.
Because we are not comission driven, but service-driven, you will find that in showing properties, our interest is only that you find a home that you know is the right one for you.
