4)      The condo facilities include fitness gym, open air swimming pool, steam room which open from 6am till 10 pm and maid service (cleaning the condo units price of 400 baht per time)

5)      The monthly rental fee 45,000 baht (negotiable) + 2 months deposits includes all condo facilities; UBC cable excluded water, electrical and phone bills.
