I also want to say that welcome our guests by listening carefully and following up expeditiously. Have you ever rented from someone who didn't seem to have a sense of urgency for your needs? Or who didn't realize it is not just good Karma, its good Business to treat residents with respect and great service! Often, our current and former residents check in with me to find out if I have anything available friends and collegues.
Thus, We will work for your recommendation from your very first time contacting us, until the last day you are our resident, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. And if we do not happen to have anything available that suits you, we always suggest you check back later as availability changes.

The area surrounding the building: Alanscondos was able to purchase two units on the side of the building in which the land is owned by TREE CONDO, and thus is quiet and green.

We at Alanscondos are attentive and responsive. We own these units, we're not agents. We know 'every floorboard' and make sure everything is clean and well maintained. The four of us have all been tenants in Bangkok, and felt that service and transparency were missing. That was six years ago with our first unit.
